Our various subsidiaries include Backals restaurant, corporate affiliations with The Mandarin Oriental New York and The Cipriani Group, the event planning firm of State of the Art Enterprises, as well as private concierge, staffing and security services. BHG's first Manhattan restaurant in scheduled to open on the Upper East Side in Spring '07.
